Welcome to Galleon. By using galleon.studio, you agree to these terms.

The service

Galleon is a browser-based editor for creating product mockups from your artwork.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You’re responsible for your account and for keeping it secure.

Your content

You own the artwork you upload and the mockups you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. You’re responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you upload.

Mockups you export are yours to use freely, including commercially — in portfolios, client work, marketing, and product listings.

Our content

The Galleon scene catalog, software, and branding belong to us. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the catalog itself outside of the mockups you create.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Galleon to create or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, and don’t attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Termination

You can stop using Galleon and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

Galleon is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; if changes are material, we’ll notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
